I scheduled my annual furnace tune-up and the whole process was seamless. The tech was punctual, thorough, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. He noticed a small issue with the igniter that could have caused problems later and took care of it on the spot. It's nice to head into winter knowing everything is in good shape.
